What is a furnace tune-up and what's included?
Tune-ups are maintenance and assurance for a sufficiently functioning system (heating properly). A Core technician will arrive to you home, inspect and document your furnace, air handler, system voltage, and general efficiency. Service work including the swapping of bad fuses, cleaning of the thermostat and sensors, and other elements vital to the function of the system.
It's our opinion that with a functional system, the best course of action is most often to let it function as it was. That said, the intention of the tune-up is to provide the homeowner a completed report.
