Why Core Services
You are not a ticket number here.
Core Services is locally owned and run out of Bloomington. When you call, you talk to a person, and the person who quotes the work is connected to the person who does it. The approach is old school: show up when we said, do the job right the first time, and charge what we quoted. That is the whole playbook.

Real Google reviews from homeowners around Bloomington. Maxwell reads and answers every one of them himself.
Maxwell and his team at Core Services are great to work with. It's hard to find a company you can trust, but Maxwell makes the entire process stress free and goes above and beyond to get you taken care of. I recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling service!

If you are needing your ductwork fixed or replaced, I highly recommend Core Services. They were on time, honest, polite and talked me through any questions I had. They gave me a fair quote + completed the work exactly as agreed upon…

I highly recommend Core Services! Maxwell came out for our routine annual HVAC inspection and was fantastic. Everything with the system looked great, but what really stood out was his communication and willingness to go above and beyond…
