An oversized furnace is a surprisingly common problem. It heats the house in short bursts, shuts off, and starts again, which leaves rooms uneven and wears the equipment out faster. We size to the house rather than simply matching whatever was there before.

What an install day looks like

We pull the old unit, check the venting and gas line, set and connect the new furnace, and then run it to confirm it is heating properly before we leave. You get the number before any of that starts.
